Day 1

Set Your Intention:

- What is one word that describes how you want to feel this week?

- What would support you in feeling this way?

- What is one small step you can take today for your wellness?

Daily Affirmation: "I am grounded, present, and worthy of care.”

Day 2

Nourish Your Body:

- How did you nourish your body today (meals, movement, rest)?

- What felt good about it?

- What can you do tomorrow to continue nourishing yourself?

Daily Affirmation: "I honor my body's needs with love and compassion.”

Day 3

Breathe and Be Still:

- When did you pause or breathe deeply today?

- What happens when you allow yourself to slow down?

- How can stillness become a part of your daily rhythm?

Daily Affirmation: "I give myself permission to slow down and just be.”

Day 4

Celebrate Small Wins:

- What is something you accomplished today-big or small?

- How did it make you feel?

- What would it look like to celebrate yourself more often?

Daily Affirmation: "Every step I take is worthy of celebration.”

Day 5

Connect with Joy:

- What brought you joy today?

- When do you feel most alive and free?

- How can you create more space for joy this week?

Daily Affirmation: "Joy lives in the present moment, and I choose to embrace it.”

Day 6

Speak Kindly to Yourself:

- What did you say to yourself today? Was it kind?

- Rewrite a negative thought into a loving one.

- What would you say to a friend going through what you are?

Daily Affirmation: "I speak to myself with the same love I offer others.”

Day 7

Reflect & Reset:

- What are you proud of from this week?

- What did you learn about yourself?

- What intention will you carry forward?

Daily Affirmation: "I am evolving beautifully, one moment at a time.”
